Order Times
All our stock canvases are made to order, we aim to have your order complete within 1-2 business days. You should receive your canvas within 1-2 business days from time of receiving your tracking number.
Custom Orders
We aim to have your order complete within 1-2 business days. Custom sizes can take up to 3 business days to arrive from the time of receiving your tracking number, size depending.
Unfortunately we do not refund custom size canvases if you order the wrong item or change your mind.
If You Change Your Mind/Incorrect Order
If you decide you do not want your stock size canvas or have realised you have ordered incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will provide you with a return address.
You can then return the canvas to us for a refund minus shipping costs.
You are responsible for returning the item including any shipping costs.
We will refund your purchase minus our shipping costs the same day that we receive the item back.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
We are more than happy to replace an incorrect order.
